Also the video is for educational purposes only. Step 1) Download WinRAR and RAR Slayer if you haven't already. Step 2) Uninstall your current WinRAR. Step 3) Install your new WinRAR. Step 4) Open up RAR Slayer. (Vista users, right click and run as administrator.) Step 5) Click "Browse" which is located on the bottom. Step 6) Go to Computer, Disc C:, Program Files, WinRAR, and open up the folder. When you open it, you should see 2 folders, click once WinRAR only and click open. Step 7) On the bottom you should see Starzboy and some other thingy. lol Delete the name Starzboy and put your name or whatever so that when you open it it will say, PROPERTY OF SPARTAHOG PHOENIX. This is just an example. And on Comp, put your type of computer like Vista, XP, 98, 2000, etc. Step 8) Click patch. Here is the path of destiny. You would get either 1 of the 2 messages: _Patch Successfully!_ or _Unable to patch make sure there are no programs that is using WinRAR. On the "unable to patch", close any program using WinRAR other than RAR Slayer. Then patch again. Step...what was it....9?) Open up WinRAR and click help, and click about WinRAR. If you payed attention, you did not see the message that keeps harassing you that you have the 40 day trial when you opened it and when you clicked about WinRAR, you should see you name and the type of Comp you have. WTF is that?!? *A* LOL The task manager is a window that shows what programs are running and whether you want to stop running a certain program or even add one. *Q* How do you open the task manager? *A* To open the task manager, the toolbar that has the button "start" is called the taskbar. Right-Click an empty space and click task manager OR you can simply push and hold the following buttons: "Ctrl" "Alt" and "Delete" People have complained that the file has a virus. There is also a 90% chance that they have AVG anti-virus. Get a better anti-virus or just ignore the warning and download the file. Once downloaded and you have patched WinRAR, delete ALL files that you downloaded EXCEPT your free WinRAR and scan your PC again. You will then see that there was no virus.
